Our business and pricing philosophy has allowed tenants at The Walnut Plaza to prosper in Class “A” office suites offered at a reasonable market rate, and to then pass on their savings in rent and overhead to their clients. We are committed so you don't have to be. Leases are optional, even for large traditional office suites.

The Walnut Plaza is a low rise, quality building in the heart of Pasadena’s historic Civic Center. The restaurants, hotels, convention centers and shops of Old Town Pasadena are within a short walking distance of the building. The Walnut Plaza is a planned element of the Pasadena Civic Center, meaning that our building has traffic lanes specifically designed to provide our tenants and their guests with easy-on and easy-off freeway access. The Gold Line light rail station to downtown Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley is located directly across the street from our building.
Our on-site tenant parking has wide spaces, easy access and is all covered. Only 20% of our spaces are tandem. We have the most efficient floor plans in Pasadena. Our tenants usually need less than 90% of the rentable space they must take in other buildings for the same number of useable offices. We have storage areas in our parking facilities which frees up useable space in your suite. Our state of the art HVAC and Energy Management System has twice the capacity required for a building of this size. Our resultant energy efficiency is then passed on to our tenants. This is our only building. The owners occupy and personally manage the building and we work hard to create a good building and a comfortable, efficient environment for our tenants.
